Level 6 and the Purpose of Evolving Human Consciousness

Self-realization and certain degrees of Level 6 (Equalizer) consciousness are one and the same. While the term “Equalizer” may be used to describe this level of consciousness, it can just as accurately be called Self-realization. If you relate to Level 4 (Higher Calling) consciousness and place a strong value on Self-realization, you are likely already operating at some degree of Level 6. This is because Self-realization inherently aligns with Level 6 consciousness.

By focusing on Self-realization, whether consciously or intuitively, you have been engaging with Level 6 approaches. These approaches go beyond most conventional wisdom and represent highly advanced skills and ways of operating.

As a result, if you resonate with one or more of the Level 6 approaches, you are already ahead of the curve because our collective society and conventional experts rarely acknowledge the importance of the approaches below:

๐Ÿญ. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜€-๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜†: Inquiry that is based on the premise that the entire psyche is conscious, and if something remains unconscious it is not because it is inherently unknowable, but because a conscious part of the psyche is actively concealing it. This means that unconscious material can be brought into awareness by inquiring into the conscious part that is keeping it hidden, exploring its motivations, and understanding the underlying wisdom behind its function. Once this skill is developed, one can integrate previously obscured aspects of the self, leading to greater self-awareness and conscious clarity.

Realizing that uncovering hidden aspects of another person can reveal those same aspects within yourself is rooted in the understanding that perception is shaped by oneโ€™s own unconscious material. This process operates through projection, shadow manifestation, the polarity effect, inverse reflection, complementary attraction, and counterbalance attraction, meaning that what we notice, react to, or feel drawn to in others often corresponds to something latent, unseen, or unresolved within us. From this approach, what appears external is in some way, a reflection of an internal reality, and by acknowledging this mirroring effect, one can dissolve illusions and misconceptions of separateness.

๐Ÿฏ. ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€: The skills to take on any perspective and find understanding, common ground, or empathy. This ability comes from having an inner understanding of external perspectives and is utilized for the purpose of gaining clarity and objectivity within oneself. It also provides the capability to effectively help others with psychological integration, emotional healing, resolving inner conflicts, and mediating conflict resolution.

This approach recognizes that psychological stories, emotional wounds, identity, and conscious growth are deeply interconnected, forming a framework for self-awareness, healing, and transformation. It is based on the understanding that human experiences are holistic in nature, not isolated, but rather exist as part of a larger, dynamic system within one’s consciousness.

๐Ÿฑ. ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—˜๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐—”๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜€: Recognizing the fundamental traits that all humans share, from basic survival needs to cognitive patterns, emotions, and psychological development. By understanding these shared aspects, these approaches allow for deeper self-awareness, empathy, and a greater appreciation for the interconnectedness of all people:

โžค Shared Physical Needs โ€“ All humans require food, water, sleep, shelter, oxygen, movement, and bodily safety for survival. While the way we fulfill these needs varies across cultures, the biological imperatives remain the same.

โžค Cognitive Patterns โ€“ The human brain operates with universal mechanisms such as pattern recognition, memory storage, emotional processing, and problem-solving. While intelligence, creativity, and reasoning abilities vary, the foundational processes that govern thought and perception are shared.

โžค Emotional Universality โ€“ Emotions such as fear, joy, anger, sadness, surprise, and disgust are biologically embedded and experienced across all cultures. The triggers and expressions of these emotions may differ, but their presence is a fundamental part of being human.

โžค Psychological Development โ€“ Human psychological growth follows recognizable patterns, from childhood attachment needs to adult identity formation, meaning-making, and through psychological drivers and value systems. Stages of development, such as cognitive maturation, emotional regulation, and moral reasoning, unfold in similar sequences despite cultural differences.

โžค Social and Relational Needs โ€“ Every human being needs connection, belonging, recognition, and a sense of significance. Whether in families, friendships, or communities, social bonds shape our mental well-being and sense of self.

โžค Survival Instincts and Threat Response โ€“ The brain is wired for survival, leading to common patterns such as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses when encountering perceived danger. These instinctual reactions are deeply ingrained and influence both individual and collective behaviors.

โžค Bias and Cognitive Shortcuts โ€“ The human mind relies on heuristics (mental shortcuts) to navigate complexity, which can lead to biases such as confirmation bias, in-group favoritism, and negativity bias. These biases shape perception, decision-making, and social dynamics.

โžค Meaning-Making and Purpose-Seeking โ€“ All humans seek meaning, whether through spirituality, relationships, work, or personal growth. The need for purpose is a core driver of motivation and well-being, regardless of cultural or individual differences.

โžค Duality and Inner Conflict โ€“ Every human experiences internal conflicts, such as logic vs. emotion, self-interest vs. altruism, and comfort vs. growth. The struggle to balance these opposing forces is part of the psychological experience.

โžค Change and Adaptability โ€“ While people often resist change due to uncertainty, human psychology is also built for adaptation. Neuroplasticity allows for learning, personal growth, and transformation throughout life.

โžค Projection and Shadow Aspects โ€“ The human mind often projects unconscious aspects onto others, leading to misunderstandings, conflicts, or personal growth opportunities. Recognizing oneโ€™s own shadow elements (unconscious fears, desires, and repressed traits) is key to self-awareness.

โžค The Drive for Autonomy and Control โ€“ People have an inherent need to feel in control of their lives. Whether through decision-making, self-expression, or setting boundaries, a sense of autonomy is linked to mental well-being.

โžค The Role of Storytelling and Identity โ€“ Humans construct narratives to make sense of their experiences and define their identities. Personal and collective stories shape beliefs, emotions, and worldviews, influencing how we interact with reality.

โžค Repetition of Behavioral Patterns โ€“ Without awareness, individuals and societies unconsciously repeat learned patterns, whether in relationships, habits, or societal structures. Recognizing these patterns is necessary for conscious evolution.

โžค The Desire for Growth and Expansion โ€“ Beyond survival, humans have an innate drive to explore, learn, create, and improve. Curiosity, ambition, and the pursuit of self-actualization are universal traits, though their expressions vary.

These Level 6 approaches, insights, and understandings alone are not enough to fully step into your purpose of serving others and helping humanity evolve its consciousness. While you may have advanced skills at Level 6, if you are not actively stepping into your purpose, it is because the qualities and skills of Level 5 (Trailblazer) have not been integrated to the extent needed to recognize why Level 6 approaches alone are not an effective solution. Focusing solely on inner work is not the answerโ€”if it were, you would already be living your purpose full-time and making a living from it.
